During my recent stay at this charming property in Furnas, Sao Miguel, I found the experience to be a mix of tranquility and practicality. Luis, the owner, extended a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful with local dining and sightseeing recommendations. His picturesque garden, filled with fruit trees and vibrant flowers, offered a peaceful retreat that highlighted the beauty of the surrounding area. The accommodation itself was spacious, featuring a private bathroom, equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room with a patio, making it an ideal setup for long stays. While I appreciated the daily cleaning service and the garden's serene atmosphere, it's worth mentioning that my room felt a bit humid, and I noticed the absence of windows aside from a sliding door. The lack of breakfast options was a downside, yet the property's close proximity to iconic attractions compensated for it. Considering amenities like free Wi-Fi, outdoor dining areas, and the convenience of on-site parking, this place offers a balanced value for those looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Furnas without breaking the bank.
